CHEAP FUEL!

Thank you to everyone for bearing with us while the airfield was closed last Monday for essential maintenance.
As part of the works, we renewed the white and yellow line markings across the airfield, including the runway and apron areas.
Everything is now looking fresh and ready for the busy summer season ahead!

Last week it was a pleasure to welcome back the Chinook from RAF Odiham.
Occasionally we are lucky enough to see these aircraft at Welshpool as part of their training. A few years ago we have two chinooks in the circuit for over an hour, this time it was a quick splash of fuel for their return journey home.
Thanks for Phil Betts for the photographs.
